On the drawing board - Summer 2024

As spring turns to summer we thought we’d give you an update on what the team at Chapel House are working on. 

Firstly, we continue to work on lots of residential developments, from a 25 apartment new build project in Bath, a Listed Building conversion on a Georgian square in Bristol, as well as a larger development of new build houses, and the conversion of historic buildings in the Cotswolds. 

We are also honoured to be working with a number of community and faith organisations on both new build and reconfiguration and refurbishment projects. These projects, with diverse end users, complex briefs and tight budgets, really stretch our design muscles. Add in a Grade II* listing on one, and we really have to be at our best. That is why we love working on them. 

Over the years we have developed considerable expertise in healthcare. We enjoy helping the sector to improve patient care through upgrading and expanding facilities. Working in live patient environments with dedicated staff is always a challenge and an inspiration. We currently have a couple of such projects on site in one of our local hospitals.
