We are delighted to be working for Acorn Property Group on this lovely site in a charming Cotswold village.
This multi phase project includes the conversion of both listed and unlisted buildings, extensions to existing buildings, and complete new build. It has given us the opportunity to both restore and repurpose existing built heritage, and create bespoke new homes which perfectly suit contemporary lifestyles. The site is comprised of old school buildings, existing houses for upgrading, and new build:
• conversion of listed terrace of four houses, plus an additional striking contemporary house completing the terrace
• extensions and alterations to four former staff houses, plus two infill new houses
• conversion of an unlisted, but very elegant, building into five houses
• seventeen new build houses
• one luxurious detached single-storey house to complete a green open space with the feel of a walled garden
