Lily’s Orchard: family houses on infill site
The development consists of four new detached houses and a converted coach house on land to to the side and rear of an existing farmhouse.
Built in a traditional style using buff brick and plain tile to harmonise with the existing buildings, the new houses are all planned so as to maximise space and natural daylight whilst reducing the bulk of the buildings using hipped and gabled roofs.
