We have had an influx of exciting new projects which range from new build through restoration to retro-fit. We also have a number of projects which are currently progressing to construction stage. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented project architect to help us design and deliver these.

Key attributes:

• RIBA part 3 qualified Project Architect

• Interested in working on a broad range of projects at all RIBA stages

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the production of high-quality work

• Good understanding of building construction

• Knowledge of the UK statutory environment

• Competent to deliver stage 4 technical design packages

• A passion for design with excellent graphic presentation skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and thrive in a studio environment.

• IT literate and willing to learn new programmes (we use Vectorworks on Macs)

• Ability to present ideas to non technical clients
